Today is Stardate 090509, i have recieved word that my transfer went through sucessfully and I am now officially the Sector Chief of Security of the Excalibur colony.

I took a transport shuttle to HQ to try and talk to some security officers about joining my team here at the Excalibur colony, unfortnately people don't like the idea of having to relocate to the colony. Not that I forsee any problems during construction, its just it would be nice to have some sort of security presence here. I will keep trying to recrui, maybe next week when I'm all settled in here.

This will be a very fun and interesting challenge for me, I do have background and experience in both Security and the Marine Corps so I hope to be one hell of a Chief of Security over here.

Hopefully once construction is completed, things will pick up. Well its getting late and I have an early shift...

Excalbur Colony Sector Chief of Security's log stardate 090510, We had to shut down the colony today as a huge sandstorm attacked us out of no where!!! We tried to evacuate to Fleet Captain Reiner's house but unfortunately that was buried by the sand as well... Luckily for us the transporters were able to beam us safely to an orbiting shuttle craft for the time being. We expect to return to full operating status within 24hours.

Sector Chief of Security's log stardate 091012 I just got a communique from Starfleet Security asking me to attend a class at the academy, I am hopeful I will pass this course as I have many others.

Oh and an interesting note I must add, I was wandering around 003 portion of the colony the other day and oh my god, I came across the most gorgeous pond ever. Apparently its right where the new Events building is going to be people, if you come here you should so see this pond!! and of course take a tour of the entire colony *smiles*

There was a small incident today, a stray cat breached security and found its way into my office... I am detaining this cat indefinitely and calling it spot.

Excalibur Sector Chief of Security's Log stardate 090513,

There was an incident today back at 001 involving a bomb being detonated that injured Lt. (J.G.) Tai Galacia, Lt. Arilla Aeon, Ensign Brandi Meredth and my father Admiral Mike Calhoun. Upon learning of this, I quickly sent a transmission containing an Emergency Security Holographic program which i could control from Headquarters here in 003. Admiral Calhoun rounded a bunch of us up at the star gate which we quickly armed ourselves and followed him through to the enemy's territory. We were quickly greeted by weapons fire and we returned it as we ran for cover and continued fighting. It was a GLORIOUS battle, the enemy wound up calling a cease fire and charged the man responsible for the mess. There were no injures during the VICTORIOUS battle. It was a honor fighting beside my father and fellow members. I hope to do it again in the future. Today would have been a good day to die...even for a hologram...

Excalibur Chief of Security's Personal Log star date 090514, I am sitting in the park, enjoying the nice weather here and it just occurred to me that we're missing a pool. I will speak to Fleet Capt. Reiner and Engineering to see if we have enough room to construct an Athletic Facility for the Academy that includes a pool, jacuzzi, and whatever else an Athletic Center is supposed to have..oh a gym. Its been a rather quiet day again, no communiques from 001 or anyone, and the colony is deserted since everyone else is off world at the moment and I'm manning the conn so to speak...*tosses a rock into the water* Lt. Commander Mulgrave Dwi came by today with some suggestions on how to mold the security branch structure here at the colony and I think her ideas are fantastic and will be implementing them as soon as we have personnel. What the...!? *drops PADD and pulls out phaser, ducking behind the bench* Stay away... Oh god no...!!! *phaser fire* Looks like we're having wild bear for dinner...Oh dang nabit, I left the log on... Holy crap, Today was an exciting day with my Holographic Program I sent to Sector001 yesterday...

Even tho I was in command of the hologram stationed here in 003, I managed to negotiate peace with the people of Grgastavia with the help of Ensign Ashlynn Gravois who was very aggressive during the ordeal but managed to calm her down a bit.

A member of Grgastavia came to 001/002 and opened fire, a few of us chased the culprit down and he fled back to his territory.

Admiral Calhoun, Ensign Gravois and my ESH went through the stargate and by some glitch in the gate only my ESH and Ashlynn arrived in the center of town.

the ESH and Ashlynn were held at gun point with the threat of capture, insults hurled back and forth as the ESH put down her gun and calmly put an end to the hostilities.

They lead the ESH and Ashlynn to a building and discussed a treaty between our two peoples, Ashlynn was on edge and aggressive still.. I don't blame her at all for being Aggressive after we were just attacked. The ESH diffused the tensions and continued negotiations with the leaders. They explained the events were a result of a misunderstanding and let the ESH and Ashlynn return to 001.

I have filled out the requested AAR Form once again and submitted it to Fleet Captain Zed Drebin, the OOD on duty in 001.

It is now 0500hs and I am severely sleep deprived, I've had less than 6 hours sleep in the last 48 hours and its driving me insane.

Hell, I haven't been sleeping well all week and I feel like I'm losing my mind. However, its not affecting my job performance over here at the colony which is a good thing. However, if this continues... I'll need to see a medical officer ASAP, I need one of those psych evaluations...I do feel I am going crazy because of my sleep deprivation.

Nothing major to report other than those idiots I negotiated the peace treaty with broke it and I'm too tired to even rant about that right now.

Here I am wandering around aimlessly around the colony losing my mind due to lack of sleep, I saw the new events building today and Fleet Captain Reiner and Quron Dagger damn, I forget his rank... gah.. my brain is mush... anyways, They did an amazing job with it, I hope we can get some really fantastic events in here when the colony is officially completed.

The weather has been nice these past few days, we're expecting highs of about 78*F - 82*F the next few days, no chance of rain or any kind of storm activity.

Its 0024hrs now and I'm sitting here eating pizza and doing my required classes for Starfleet Academy.

So far I've passed 3 of my required classes, I have 2 more sitting on my desk, I still have a ways to go.

Nothing to report colony wise except for random power outages (sim outages) I'm guessing it has something to do with solar flares.

I did however manage a total of 9 hours of sleep today... 4hours, 3 hours then 2 hours in the afternoon. I feel a bit better but my sleep schedual is messed up. I should get back to my exams.

*looks at the PADD's on her desk and stretches* Out of the many classes I have to do, I have passed intro to UF Security, Arrest, Restraint & Detention, History of Law Enforcement, Legends of Security, Orders & Directives, Security Organizations, Starship Security Systems II and III all within the past 3 days or so... Bloody hell, I have quite a ways to go yet before I'm fully Qualified. I have Prime Directive I and II to do, they're sitting here on my desk and I'll get to them when I can... I really could use a break.

As for a Colony report, the events hall is coming along fabulous... I'm impressed with it... can't wait to get events in here!!

Today Fleet Captain Reiner has left on a personal LOA instead of resigning, As Sector Chief of Security I am assuming command of the Excalibur Colony until further notice or until his return.

I am back from my 3 day weekend at the cottage and am eagerly awaiting to return to my duties at the Excalibur Colony. It seems there was a problem with the computer systems in the PRF and Tranquility Stations causing me to lose my Emergency Security Holographic program. It may take me a while to send another one to 001, I'm not too eager to do it now since I just got back to Excalibur and I'd like to settle back into my position(s) first and get updates on whats been happening.

Friday 090522 at about 1830hrs the shuttle departed to the Kawartha Lakes area, myself, Gadget, Retired UFSMC Major Gawyn Philbin and a friend of theirs were the occupants of the shuttle. The journey took about 3 1/2 - 4 hours. The Navigation Computer screwed up a few times on us (Map Quest + Person with a Map = Fail XD We turned around several times lol...) We finally arrived at the first rendezvous coordinates between 2200 and 2230 hrs which we were immediately greeted by our one friend and we all had a beer, went out back and sat around the fire for about an hour and a half. After the fire we finally arrived at the Cottage, had some pizza and curly fries and started watching an earth animation film called Bolt, made in the 21st century. We had to pause it 36minutes in because our gracious host was about to pass out so we all went to bed. I only slept 4 - 5 hours but I was comfy, shared a bunk bed with my one friend, I got the bottom since I had a bad experience at camp when I was a kid, I was a sleep and rolled over off the top and onto the floor, injuring my back... That was fun... NOT.

Saturday 090523 0630-0900 hrs, I awoke to the sun rising but tried to fall back asleep, I finally gave up around 0900hrs and went downstairs to watch earth television shows. At around 1000 people started waking up at which point we all left into town, had coffee and bought groceries and alcohol.

After the town trip we got back Gadget made us all breakfast, then after we were all done the delicious eggs, bacon and toast we hopped back into the shuttle to go back to our friends Parents' place where we then proceeded to shoot pop cans off the fence with things called BBGuns/Air rifles for a while and then we returned to the cottage after an hour or so of shooting cans. I went upstairs to put on a swimsuit the proceeded to the dock where I was the only one brave enough at the time to take a running dive into the cold lake. Yes, I ran and dove in... I guess Gawyn didn't want to extinguish his flames *laughs* So yeah, the blasted lake was cold so I swam out, and layed down beside Gadget and rested in the sun for a bit. After I was all nice a dry we all proceeded to hop into a boat and take a trip around the lake, the two people at the back of the boat are mean... they drove into the wake of the boat on the lake and got me wet! *laughs* Gadget did however jump into the lake while we were out there, she wasn't in for very long but she and I were the brave ones. We stayed out there for a bit then returned to the cottage. After we went inside, sat down and finished watching Bolt, and started watching The Departed. We cooked up a bunch of burgers and hot dogs and a package of bacon, mmmmm delicious food. After the movies and dinner, we launched some fireworks which was pretty cool, the one friend that came with us had some really awesome ones, even one that was deemed illegal by starfleet because its too powerful *grins* Anyways, over the course of the night I had seven alcoholic beverages before going to bed at 0200hrs... I got no sleep... NONE what so ever... *sigh* so at 6am on Sunday 090524 I went downstairs onto the couch and passed out for 2 hours, got up to get coffee and stumbled like I was drunk.. the Alcohol finally hit me *laughs* I guess I was hungover finally at this point...I finally had coffee when my friends got back from town we had brekfast and and then we went to church. Okay, I'm an idiot because when the pastor of the church was talking and people yelled out 'Amen' randomly I was yelling out 'So say we all' *laughs* I guess watching that earth program 'Battlestar Galactica' caught up with me, the service was just over 2 hours after which we went back to the cottage, packed up, had lunch and left on the shuttle and arrived back to the colony at 1715hrs. I ended up passing out until just now as I write this fresh from a 6 hour sleep.

I know its still early as the colony is still in the process of being built and we do not have that many personnel as of yet but, due to recent events I am questioning myself wondering if I made the right decision transferring to the colony to take this position of sector chief of security. I left my friends and family behind back on Pinastri prime and its quite lonely over here. I think I am suffering from homesickness... I miss my parents and my friends, sure the Admiral visits once in a while but its not the same, *wipes tears from her eyes* I miss my Mom and Dad so much, I wish I never had left Pinastri prime...but I'm not about to abandon my post, I'm dedicated to my job and I can't let the fleet down. Too bad I can't just beam my parents here just so I can get a hug... i really need one right now... *cries*

Chief of Security's log stardate 090527

The colony is currently at YELLOW ALERT, We're having cascading system failures and communications are being jammed.

Systems that are currently offline include, transporters, orbital defense grid, sensors, communications and the power grid have all failed. We have all personnel working to bring us back online ASAP. My Cochrane Type 9 Shuttle Craft is not responding to my commands either, we have no clue what or who is causing these problems but we suspect that the solar flares from the suns maybe causing our systems to fail again. The wind on the planet is increasing, I have issued a sand storm warning and have advised all non essential personnel to stay indoors and do what repairs they can do.

*yells out over the comm* "ALL HANDS GENERAL QUARTERS, WIND SPEED HAS INCREASED TO DANGEROUS LEVELS, ALL PERSONNEL GET BACK INSIDE NOW!"

What a day, all of the work we were doing today was causing minor outages now this...I hate these blasted storms.

*looks down at her console* Okay, we have backup generators online and the portable shield generators are coming online... But sadly that's all we can do for now.

Will do another update in the morning, I'm off to do what I can do to help out.

Sector chief of security's log stardate 090528

I am currently residing in sickbay after a structural breach buried me in rubble while I was working with engineering getting main power and the defense grid back online.

Dr. Lyn Mimistrobell says I have to stay in here over night because I've suffered a concussion from the blasted debris.

All systems are operational with the exception of internal communications and transporters, most of the structural damage has been repaired.

The anomaly is still present in the system and we may be struck again. We are investigating it and tracking it with our sensors.

The current weather outside is 62 degrees and a steady rain, with wind at 15 mph which I believe is normal considering the weather yesterday.

Oh and the Transporters were online briefly today, we managed to beam the excess sand left over from the storm back to where it belongs and shortly after the transporters failed again.

*gets up off the bio bed and walks around sickbay to the closet and pulls out her uniform and puts it back on*

Its a little chilly in these medical gowns they have supplied us with so I'm wearing my uniform for the rest of my stay here in sickbay *laughs*

We will be installing an EMH once sickbay is fully operational, we're using a temporary emergency sickbay until construction is complete on the main sickbay.

I'm kinda glad no one is in here right now or I'd be told to stay in bed *sits at the Doctors desk and plays around with the console looking at status reports*

Colony status is condition green, nothing more to report other than engineering crews have finished repairing all structural damage and are resuming their projects. They say that internal communications and transporters need to be restarted and a patch applied to the software that runs them in order for them to be operational after they are fully repaired. They expect to do this tomorrow or Saturday.

*trips over some debris and falls flat on her face* Frakking hell... am I still recording? *checks her arm computer* Oh thank gods I am... Anyways as I was reporting... The blasted Anomaly is back... we had a glitch in our sensor array and BAM, the anomaly struck us again... this thing whatever it is....must be intelligent, it has struck us twice by surprise...*gets up and dusts herself off and runs down the corridor* We've lost everything again... Main power, communications, sensors, weapons grid.. shield generators... hell.. even our blasted backup generators are down...

I'm scared to even attempt to send any science personnel in a shuttle to investigate this damn thing... our sensors haven't been much help.... we haven't seen anything like this before ...*sounds of debris falling as she jumps out of the way* AHHH!...buggery! *gets to her feet and sighs* With Internal Communications down, i have to search every building and every room to evacuate all personnel to the emergency bunker we have just in case stuff happens..... Anyways I'm making this report short, i need to get these people to safety.. computer pause log...

According to my Tricorder readings there's no one left in the main structures.... I had to pull out a poor Ensign that was buried under some rubble, luckily one of our medical staff was nearby so we carried her down to the bunker. I guess we're going to have to wait until morning once again for this to pass...

Doctor: Commander with all due respect, you still have a nasty concussion, a fractured wrist and minor burns... Please, don't move...

Engineering crews have finished repairing all the damage once again caused by the anomaly, however internal communications and transporters remain offline.

The doctor said I have to take it easy for a few days, my wrist has been mended but I have to take it easy or else it could break *laughs* With this anomaly's reputation... I bet I could in less than 48 hours... just kidding.

Sensor data was irretrievable so I have no report to give to Starfleet Security on the incident but as far as I know sensors have resumed tracking it as it remains in the system.

I'm bored.

I am being confined to sickbay from 090531-090605 due to my recent injuries involving the mysterious Anomoly.

I have suffered a broken wrist, concussion, a few broken ribs and minor burns. *laughs* i just love this job... Anyways, being confined to sickbay sucks because I don't even have the authority to overrule the Acting CMO in this case. I guess I'll just have to let these wounds heal for now.

Today was my official return to active duty after being out of commission for the past week and a bit due to extensive injuries after the mysterious Anomoly hit us.

My first stop was to the new security area in the Academy building, they decidied to update the design post voyager with the latest in starfleet design instead of the outdated Voyager design I was used to *laughs* It looks fabulous, I can't wait before I can get in there and start using it.

Its great to be back, I've missed active duty but I'm all better now. I guess thats all for now.

It seems we had to shut access down to certain areas of the colony temporarily ((Sectors 005,006,007 are offline)) Security reports show that a group of cadets got drunk and streaked through restricted areas a few nights ago while I was restricted to sickbay and apparently they got their asses eaten by sand worms and haven't been seen since... Oh well, silly cadets...*tosses the paperwork away* its their own damn fault for being silly...*laughs* We expect to reopen the restricted areas soon. Nothing else to report.

Okay so I've reviewed the security tapes.... *takes a sip from her bottle of alcohol, not the synthetic crap...* It seems the investigation has lead to our original landing point that we had to surround with security fields due to the sand worms in the area....*takes a long sip* at the moment I am getting as drunk as these cadets were to figure out how one drunk ass cadet managed to decrypt our security protocols and encryptions to bring down the force fields and walk right into the restricted area, getting his ass eaten by sand worms as well as his fellow cadets.... *chugs down the rest of the bottle* I find it funny.... that ... wheee.. head spinning... umm, where was I... it seems this cadet had a degree in disabling security systems or the *stumbles a bit* woah... Okay...I is a bit tipsy here... *chuckles* now... in conclusion to my investigation... *starts fiddling with the panel to disable the force field* Frakk, I can't even remember my code....umm...how did the frakker disable this... *slams fist against the panel* DAMN AND BLAST!!! *force field goes down* Aw...frakk me... Sector chief of security's log 090614, after a extensive investigation regarding the drunk cadets that broke into our original landing site that is a restricted area.... I found a female cadet trapped inside of our old command building. I promptly fed her to the sand worm awaiting outside, not feeling like interrogating her or dealing with the paperwork. end log and delete. Sector chief of security's personal log 090616, the colony remains in lock down as engineering teams try to locate the cause of cascade system failures that have knocked out all systems including main power, here I sit alone in my dark office...listening to meditation type music on my arm computer unit... my sleep deprivation is causing me to lose all sanity....I swear to the gods if I have another breakdown, this will be the end of me. I cannot afford to have another "incident" *takes a deep breath and exhales* so much has gone wrong in my life, and alot has happened in the last 3 months..... I'm actually kinda glad i chose this position, no one here to be afraid of, no one to make me break down in tears every time I see them....*sighs* Just me, and me alone....*takes another deep breath and exhales once more* I feel as if I am losing myself as well as my sanity, I just can't get one night of decent 8 hours sleep even at a normal hour. I cry every night and I can't even cry myself to sleep. Oh well, I have a job to do as Sector Chief of Security and I won't let anyone or anything prevent me from doing so. This is my dream position..well..in a way it is..heh but I absolutely love it. And on another note, my events team and I have to hold a meeting soon, we need to establish event teams for both Pinastri and Excalibur. I can easily lead the events team over here at excalibur hence I'm always here *laughs* should be interesting tho with the limited technology we have with us, I'm sure it will be fine we just have to be very very extra creative.... Id like to wish my dad Admiral Mike Calhoun a very Happy Fathers Day and I apologize that I will not be able to make it home for dinner tonight.

It seems that frakking Anomaly is back in the system and has resulted in the complete shut down of the colony until further notice.

We have evacuated all personnel back to 001 through the star gate, unfortunately for me, I am the only one left. As Sector Chief of Security I made sure everyone including Commodore Reiner was off world before entering the star gate. Sadly for me power completely failed and the star gate shut down before I was able to get off world... So... here I am all by my lonesome, stuck in a powerless colony bored out of my mind *laughs*

Sector chief of security's log 090622,

Due to the Anomaly causing the colony to be shut down and knocking out all systems including main power, I have sad news to report.

The force field surrounding our original landing site has now failed. The emergency generators that were powering the field have completely failed and the sand worms being contained to the area have escaped and infiltrated the colony. I am currently located in the security office area in the academy building surrounded by a lot of phaser rifles which i will use if need be. I already used my phaser compression rifle against one sand worm already. I just hope I don't get eaten like those blasted cadets when I came back from being in sickbay to recover from injuries sustained by the last anomaly attack....

I have however managed to get one of the emergency back up generators online. I have partial sensors and the doors work. Sensors report wind speeds close to what a class 5 hurricane on earth is registered as the winds are currently 160 mph and we have structural breaches all over the place. Engineering teams are going to be busy when they come back.

I have sustained multiple injuries at this time due to debris and an encounter with a sand worm, my left arm is currently broken and I am unable to use a phaser rifle, only a standard phaser at this time. Multiple cuts and bruises due to falling debris and I have a deep gash just below my right knee. The Emergency Medical Holographic program is offline and I was unable to bring the program online due to the extensive damage caused by the Anomaly.

I'm just hoping that there will be no rescue mission launched as I can handle my own and I know I will come out of this alive. I doubt the Anomaly will be around much longer.... I hope...

*rocks back and forth on the floor going crazy out of her mind* I don't know how many days its been since the colony lost power and we had to evacuate everyone but the isolation is killing me, I believe I am starting to feel the effects like Seven of Nine did back on Voyager when they passed through that nebula. I am all alone, I can't function... so dark, so cold....

*suddenly main power is restored and the gate activates*

What the... *looks up as Engineering crews as well as the Colony personnel emerge from the gate*

Oh and Engineering Crews demolished most of the colony and placed brand new buildings that were constructed in 001 during the down time. The buildings from what I'm told have a greater structural integrity than the last ones, they should withstand wind gusts up to 180 MPH so hopefully no more debris will be attacking me any time soon!!!

Aparently theres a cadet wishing to join Security, I have a meeting with Commodore Reiner tomorrow to discuss it. OH MY GOD, I gets to train a cadet!!!! *face goes blank* crap... here sand worm... come eat a nummy yummy cadet.. hahahahaha... Should be an interesting time none the less.

Nothing really interesting to report except I have completed my task of making a structure plan for the security division here at the Excalibur colony. I'm pleased to have completed it... now to hire a Vice Sector Chief, Yeoman, SS Excalibur Chief and Vice Chief, Hazard Team Leader, Vice Hazard Team Leader and officers to fill positions as HQ security, Station security and Hazard Team Members.

Well, it has been a rather uneventful few weeks since my last post. I have been spending more time around Pinastri these days but still fullfilling my duties over at excalibur.

Osky has built an amazing brig in the new welcome center, I'm sure we will use it well... Its amazing...he sure has some great talent with building!!

The station was decomissioned today as we will be building something similar to Tranquility where every division gets their own deck. I'm sad to see the station go, I had visions, plans, ideas! oh well... its for the best.

My personal life is getting better but I'm still having troubles sleeping. The Medical Staff at Pinastri have tried prescribing me stuff but is just goes right through me, no effect... blah...

Dr. Data Axel, suggested relaxation tapes, but that failed since I don't have a very comfortable bed to sleep in, hmm maybe thats the problem! Starfleet issued beds are soooo uncomfy!! *laughs*

Other than that, everything at the colony has been great, no problems to report... still pretty lonely over here, I wish we would get proper staff here.

Oh and I did get my cast off 2 weeks ago and put it in a display box, yeah a souviner of my heroics, saving everyone here and I get stuck for days with no contect and being attacked by sand worms...fun!!!

Alright so we had our weekly meeting and picked out our decks for the brand new station... Security will be getting Deck 8 which is about 109 meters in size I believe, should give us decent amount of space to have everything we need such as offices, conf....*looks at the giant spider run across her desk and screams, pulling out her phaser and shooting it dead* GAHHH... *takes a deep breath* now as I was saying Offices, conference room, brig, and locker/equipment room. Lt (J.G.) Osky Oldrich will be building our fantastic deck, hes been a very great asset to Engineering and Sim Design.

Before I start this report on the excalibur colony I just like to meantion that I am really starting to miss a certain person who is on LOA and umm I'm keeping busy taking classes.

I've found the classes to be fun and interesting, the Medical and Science classes are such a challange, unlike Security which I just breeze through *laughs*

And now for the Excalibur Colony report...

Well, lets see... Yesterday we had a system failure sometime during the day, we can't pinpoint the exact time due to damage to the computer core. The forcefields around the original landing site went down, releasing a swarm of sandworms which wreaked havoc on the colony. Upon my return to the colony... I managed to beam into the HQ building and repair the subspace communication terminal and sent out a distress call to pinastri, pulled out my F9000 and opened a can of whoop ass on those damn worms....Okay so I kinda left my comm channel open during the confrontation, I seemed a bit "crazy" as Lt. Commander Lennier DeCuir put it *laughs* during the battle to retake the colony one of the damn worms bit my left leg so I shot it in the eye, it released me, then i reached for a grenade, pulled the pin and tossed it into its mouth...then i ran!!! and BOOOM!!! hahahaha I was covered in blood at that point. Anyways.... after the battle I did a damage control list for engineering..

A list of damaged or destroyed systems include:

* Subspace Communications were offline, damaged but not destroyed

* Main Computer core, severely damaged

* Main power reactors destroyed

* Emergency Power reactors, damaged

* Fire supression system, destroyed

* Internal Sensors, destroyed

After filing my report and stepped back on the transport and arrived back at pinastri prime where I arrived at the Pathfinder Research facility, to be greeted by Ensign Tim Feriszke who called for Medical Assistance. being me I ran away as soon as Dr. Melissa Ordram showed up... I ran to quarks to be greeted by Lt. Major Nakumara who parachuted in...pulled out her F9000...seeing the gun i beamed myself to an undisclosed location hiding out from the search party that was after me...I waited a bit before beaming to the Tranquility Sickbay only to arrive as a borg drone was drying to escape. I assisted them in capturing the drone and recieved Medical Attention from Dr. Ordram afterwards.

So yeah, it was an interesting day yesterday.

Anyways, Today i went back to Excalibur and Engineers reported we were back at 100%, I am proud to work with these individuals as they are dedicated, hard working and fast! *smiles*

I can't wait for next friday, I am on vacation from 090821 - 090906, well I still havent recieved a responce from a friend of mine in regards to 090824 - 090906 but definately a brief Alpha Quadrant visit from 090821-090823

Well, its been an interesting week.... I've taken a total of 13 classes, 7 on thursday night.

I will be substituting for Ensign Rebecca Carfield on Saturday and Sunday in her classes, The Dominion War at 1200hrs, The Maquis at 1300hrs on Saturday and on Sunday Religions and Beliefs at 1200hrs and Federation Cusine at 1300hrs...

I feel confident that I am ready to teach my very first classes, Ensign Tim Feriszke will be sitting in on The Dominion War class to make sure I'm ready to be a full instructor.

I am a bit nervous but hey, who isn't on their first day? I hope Ensign Carfield safely returns soon, her family misses her! especially me... Also, I will be on vacation 090821-090906 at the latest.

Excalibur colony is doing well, progress is being made on the station... starting to look really good!!!

We had a minor security Issue but its been dealt with.

Today i taught my first 2 classes as an Academy instructor, The Dominion War and The Maquis.

I had one cadet in the first class and my second I had a cadet, crewman recruit and an ensign.

Ensign Feriszke sat in on my Dominion war class and told me how good of a job i did and that i'm ready to be a full instructor *smiles* I'm so happy that i survived and did so well.

After class I had to run out of class, beam down to the PRF shuttlebay to catch a transport to Excalibur as I had a Senior Staff meeting to attend....

Okay, I was shocked to hear that Lt. SVandrei Baxton was stepping down as our Sector Chief of Engineering!!! Hes done such a wonderful job and now hes leaving us! I wish him all the best in his future endevours.

Other than a mild griefing problem in sector001 that occured, nothing to report.

so I will be LOA effective 090820-090825 as I will be incommunicado, thats right.. I'm on vacation and I'm leaving my Commbadge behind, I need to recharge my batteries and come back to work all refreshed.

I just hope the staff don't blow it up like last time... *laughs* Umm whatelse... I had 2 sucessful classes on sunday, My Federation Cusine class had six people in it, thats a great turn out for me.

oh well, hehehehe I had an amazing time today. Diemme, Orion and I went out to this place called Denny's and omfg me and Diemme had countryfied steak and eggs and umm I forget what orion had..lol... but damn... it was good!

after breakfast we went to heckle Dr. Strom who was umpiring softball. we had quite the conversations during the time we were all there...yeah and my alcohol intake..hehehehe...doesn't matter if I drink or not, I'm always like this...

after that Dr. Strom took us all out to dinner at this amazing Barbeque joint... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm orgasmic.. umm I mean very very delicious!!!

We had ribs, wings, pulled pork sandwiches, beans and coleslaw in these little cup things and fries.

that was the excitement for today, sadly Diemme has to return to the DQ to go back to work... *sigh* I miss her already...speaking of missing people... I need to have a meeting with my Sector Chief of Engineering and his team to get a plan together so we can finish the Academy building and the station at the same time. The Academy still has unfinished areas that need to be dealt with ASAP as well as some minor structual changes.

Hopefully we can make the October 1st Deadline, being Sector Commander is no walk in the park, I have to delegate all these projects that need to be done.

I have confirmed that Orion Hax, Ishan Broek, Osky Oldrich and myself are the only ones assigned to excalibur so far... still waiting to hear back from Lt. Ethan Muldoon...

*leans back in her chair*I am very hopeful and confident that we can accomplish our goal even tho we do appear to be short staffed, more than we were last month.

my high speed computer terminal is still awaiting specialized parts from Starfleet Command ((My Intel 2.40GHz Core 2 Duo system needs a new motherboard)), Engineering says that its taking a while to diagnose the problem and to find a suitible replacement of the component that is malfunctioning.

Oh well for now I'm on a pretty okay terminal ((AMD ATHLON 3200)) that i did have to purchase *laughs* Money well spent, I say!

I do need to set up a meeting with my father Admiral Calhoun with a few concerns I still have regarding Excalibur.

I did apply for the Vice Sector Commander position which I know has been signed off on so I am awaiting final confirmation on that *bounces*

Well, today would have been my 2 year anniversary with my ex... *sigh* what a depressing day this is.. but I'm not doing this entry to complain about that failed relationship.

Excalibur is under construction still and we are rebuilding certain areas... the plaza, events hall, condo building and a complete re design of the station.

The Events hall and Condo structures are complete, we just need to work on the interiors, getting the events hall rezzer back up and running and the turbolifts rebuilt.

the plaza are looks great, Osky and Quron have done a fantastic job with the rebuild so far. Tedra is helping me redesign and rebuild the Academy's security area....she is doing one hell of a job on that as well as the designs for the new uniforms!!

After Saturday's meeting I decided that I wanted to try my hand at building so I offered to build my idea of the Academy Bridge RP Station. It will be the Station that will house the bridges for the Simulator Training...

I tell you, this is not an easy project to do.... I have next to no experience building and I figured... how hard is a station when its mostly mega prims?

Its not easy! I've had a lot of problems building this station, however Osky says I'm doing a fantastic job. I'm working with little or no supervision or help, just some minor guidance here and there.

I'm quite surprised how well I'm actually doing with this, all it took was some guidance in the right direction and viola... I'm an engineer!! erm no.. I'm a meat popsicle damn it, not an engineer! *giggles*

Osky and Quron have been doing fantastic work with the Excalibur Condo building... its amazing!!! looks like the sword named Excalibur!!!

The events hall is 3 levels and is just simply fantastic! Osky is truly amazing!

Ah...lets see... what else... over all the rebuild is coming a long well... it looks better in my opinion before the earthquake and the damn sandworms destroyed everything...

First of all I would like to welcome two new members to my staff here at Excalibur. Lieutenant (J.G.) Kiara1 Noel, my new Sector Chief of Medical and Lieutenant (J.G.) Nemesis Blackheart Commanding Officer of the Space Station Excalibur. I wish them both luck as they settle into their new positions while I say goodbye to my Academy Commandant Commander Ishan Broek. Who today was promoted to Head of Starfleet Operations. I was looking forward to work with Commander Broek as he was just returning back from his leave of absence *sighs* I am saddened to see him go but i wish him all the best in his new position at HQ.

Lieutenant MilesPrower Dagger has volunteered his time to assist us with the Academy so we can get it up and running. He is also looking to hire CCOs for us... I had to negotiate with Miles that even tho I am acting Alpha, Delta, Gamma and Epsilon CCO that I would be kept on as Delta Company Commander when we get people for the other Companies. I just looked at the paper work that the CCO's have to fill out *laughs* its not as easy as I would have thought, but between being Sector Commander, Delta Company CCO for Excalibur and Academy Administrator, there will never be a dull moment in my life.

I guess the reason why I have decided to take on so much responsibility is to compensate for the loss of my beloved partner Rebecca Carfield who vanished from Pinastri 94 days ago. *starts crying*

Lieutenant Oldrich, he is a workhorse... Hes been working with Lt. Commander Quron dagger and Ensign Xavier Epstien on the rebuilds and all I can say is "WOW" they've been doing an amazing job and Excalibur has never looked better.

I'd like to commend them all on a job well done and their dedication to this project has surpassed all of my expectations!

Last night I posted the positions available at excalibur that we are currently hiring for. It took me about seven hours to type it up and get it posted for the fleet to see. I'm such an idiot... yet again I forgot to eat because I was buried in paperwork.

Today we sucessfully held a load test of the colony's power grid, holographic systems and life support. Since establishing the colony many months ago I'm pretty confident we have most of the bugs fixed. (The load test went well and servers are configured better)

As today draws to a close, *lowers her head and lets out a few tears* Tomorrow will mark day 100 since I've seen Rebecca and I've lost hope that she'll ever return... I've waited way too long according to my friends and family.

Today was the promotion ceremony where I have been promoted to the rank of Commander and Inducted as the Sector Commander of the Excalibur Colony as well as recieved a Commendation for Distinguished Service.

Admiral Calhoun, my father... *laughs* what can I say about him? He was such a riot... ha ha ha he blamed a script problem on his Chief of Staff Zania Turner.

He demoted me to crewman then promoted me to Commander *chuckles* what a laugh that was.

Congratulations to all who got promoted and/or recieved an award... tonight will surely be a night to remember.

It is truly an honor joining the ranks of senior staff, I will have to continue to work hard and to do the best damn job I can as Sector Commander.

Marie wakes up on the floor of SS Excalibur's bridge, surrounded by fire and sparks flying. Marie coughs and sits up, looking around in a daze, she puts her hand to her head where theres severe pain, she pulls her hand away and notices her hand is covered in blood. "Damn it", she mutters realizing her Sector Chief of Medical is off on her honeymoon until the first of december. She grabs the armrest of her chair as she pulls herself up and into the chair groaning in pain. Marie looks down at the panel on the chair and realizes its not working and says "Computer damage report" nothing happens...she looks around realizing the stations main power is offline and is running on emergency power. "Great, just great... I'm stuck up here all alone and I have no power" feeling weak she closes her eyes and passes out in the chair hoping someone would come rescue her from the damaged station.

wakes up in her chair , gazing around at the damaged bridge, coughing as smoke, fire and sparks surround her. she tries to stand but quickly falls to the floor and groans in pain, her head wound still bleeding.

she manages to crawl over to the main communications console and finds that communications are online but limited, she sends a distress call to the outpost but no reply.

Marie crawls her way across the bridge groaning in pain, making her way over to the transporter console and to her surprize there is enough power for one attempt at transport she types into the coordinates of the outposts sickbay and initiates transport, beaming herself off the station into sickbay.

Upon arrival she activates the Emergency Medical Holographic program who immideatly tends to her wounds and carries her to a bio bed where she spends the next several hours in surgery to fix intrenal bleeding and fractured bones in her right leg and a concussion.

Marie is now laying in sickbay unconcious recovering from her injuries....

Okay umm, so yeah I held a meeting with everyone who is stationed at Excalibur and we have decided to focus all efforts on rebuilding the Academy, making it more presentable and less of an eyesore as well as getting all of the Classes and materials transferred over.

We will hopefully get the Academy severs tested out so we know that the classes are ready to be used.

While the Academy is being rebuilt, we will be able to conduct operations and teach at the Cochrane Command Outpost, also while we get the Academy functioning, I need to find a Vice Sector Commander, Sector Chiefs for Security, Intelligence, Science and the Marine Corps to establish a senior staff.

The Excalibur Colony was established in February and we had an ETC of August/September, but with all the sand storms, ion storms and sand worm attacks.... we're delayed until Spring 2010.... Now, we need more help from the Corps of Engineering than we're getting... but I do understand they have their own priorities and we can't expect any help until after the christmas holidays.

I can't sleep, I'm afraid that I have made some bad choices by pushing everyone that has ever meant something to me away while I focus 100% on my duties...

I made a promise to Admiral Calhoun when I was appointed Acting Sector Commander back in August... I will do my damn best to make sure this colony suceeds and thats what I plan to do. Excalibur Colony is my life and I will always put the Colony and my Staff before myself.

I'd like to Congratulate Ensign Xaviaer Epistien on his new position as Vice Sector Chief of Engineering, here at Excalibur, I would also like to Congratulate Sector Chief of Medical Lt. (J.G.) Kiara1 Noel on her recent marriage and the birth of her twins, I hope to see her back at the colony in December... And to my closest friends Rojan and Diemme, who announced their engagement just recently... Congrats you two... I am so damn happy for the both of you!!

Excalibur is doing well, the station was fully repaired this afternoon and we're good to go for normal operations, as meantioned in my previous log I have ordered Engineering and the Acting Commandant Lt. MilesPrower Dagger to focus all efforts on the Academy redesign and getting the academy up and running so we can start taking on cadets and increase our membership.

So far we have two cadets attending the Academy at Pinastri, Cadet Sean Luckless and Cadet God Incarnate (SL Name: Charlie Blokke)... I can't wait to start feeding Cadets to wurmy again... I mean... I can't wait to start teaching the Cadets here at Excalibur rather than send them off to Pinastri for a month to take their classes!

Commodores Durant and Reiner are back with us and I am extatic to be working with them again, especially Darren who was with the Excalibur project since the beginning, I feel that I'm going to need his wisdom quite a lot.

My Sector Chief of Medical asked me earlier today if she could return from her LOA and I have allowed her to cut her 2 week leave short to return to Excalibur. It will be nice to actually have a medical officer on duty for once, rather than deal with the annoying EMH which I just love decompiling when I don't get my way as Commanding Officer *laughs* seems I'm just as stubborn as Janeway.

I have to have a word with Engineering about the turbolifts... seems the turbolift to the shuttlebay is a bit problematic, I am sure they can fix that as soon as possible *smiles* Umm, its quite lonely up here on the bridge while everyone else is doing their own thing....Ah well, I have my paperwork to keep me busy.

Excalibur Condo building is ready for occupants to move in despite a few things that it needs, which is good news.. now I can stop sleeping in my office *chuckles*

Unfortunately we havent heard back from Lt. Commander Quron Dagger on some projects so we have no ETA or reports on certain things... *grumbles and leaves a subspace message*

The Station is fully operational and in proper orbit around Excalibur II *smiles happily*

All the station needs now is the Science deck and crew quarters and we're all set up here...

All in all, we're doing well despite all of the delays since february.... now we need to tear down the academy and rebuild it... that should take about 1-3 months and we can finally open our doors.

I'm proud of my engineering team and the engineers who have taken the time to help us along the way.

Miles has the academy classes transferred over now to find Quron to help us fix the Academy laptop and server since he built them.

It is currently -34.6 degrees Fahrenheit and I cannot raise Lt. Oldrich or any of of my senior staff on communications, we have a problem...I think it is also what you are experiencing. I'm going to suit up and look for my senior staff....

I have located all excalibur colony personnel in the JGCRC... everyone is safe and accounted for. Current weather status is -48.1 degrees and the wind is gusting at 50 km/h... Emergency forcefields are in place around the external doors but the communications array down here is frozen and inoperable, Transporters are still functioning so we can still get to and from the station no problem.

*watches her staff build snowmen and throwing snowballs at one another, she sips her hot chocolate from the mobile command post*

We should be safe here until we can figure out what the hell happened to the weather control stations... its way too damn cold out there... hopefully it will warm up when the sun comes up in a few hours.

*puts down her mug on the table and scoops up some snow from the ground and walks up to her Sector Chief of Medical and dumps some snow down the back of her uniform and runs off giggling as she gets pelted with snow balls*

After speaking with Lt. Oldrich, it was discovered that the Weather Control stations on Excalibur II had a major malifuntion when they were adjusted to create snow on the ground for the Christmas season.

We have since repaired them and weather conditions reflect normal winter conditions. So nothing too major to report.

Its been 72 hours since I last had any sleep, I cannot seem to fall asleep... and I was sick last night, dunno what it was... I didn't eat anything until about 3 hours ago.. its weird.. I know I should see our Sector Chief of Medical, but I can still perform my duties just fine.

I wished my ex a happy birthday today and she seemed surprised that I even remembered. We broke up last December after Christmas but in a way I still care about her and its hard for me not to forget her or her birthday.

Nothing of much importance to report about since I'm still waiting on the weekly reports that are due today by 1700hrs.

I just woke up an hour and a half ago after sleeping for 12 hours, I so needed that.... I nearly went crazy after being awake for 100 hours...I never wish to experience that again.

* Marie Lawson Groans as she taps the communication panel beside her and says "Sickbay please respond, this is the Commander"

No responce.....

* Marie Lawson grabs her housecoat, snow boots and commbadge and runs down to the turbolift, nearly screaming in panic into her commbadge "Kiara, respond... please if you can hear me..." grumbles as there is no responce she attaches her commbadge to her housecoat and steps into the turbolift "Sickbay"

* Turbolift doors close and travels to the Sickbay

Marie exits the turbo lift and blinks at the sight that she sees, "Oh hell no...snow....its everywhere!!" she says in a panic. runs to the nearest wall panel and taps into transporter controls and transports a snow emergency kit from the shuttlebay to where she is standing. As soon as the kit materializes she grabs the shovel and screams "Kiara if you can hear me I'll get you out of there" before grabbing the tricorder from the kit and scanning the snow infront of her trying to locate Kiara.

She sweeps the area with the tricorder scanning for life signs and finds one, a weak one so she bolts to where the life sign is and starts digging through the snow, panicing not wanting to lose her friend and sector chief of medical.

She digs for several minutes before locating Kiara in the snow, as soon as Kiara is free from the snow she tosses the shovel aside and asks Kiara if she can hear her and gets no responce... she grabs a hold of her arms and drags her over to the panel she had just used and taps into transporter controls...transporting both of them to the sickbay at the JGCRC. As soon as the rematerialize, she says "Computer Activate Emergency Medical Holographic Program" and the EMH appears and says the most annoying line ever "Please state the nature of the medical emergency". Marie looks up and says "Less talk, more action Doc.... we have an emergency...." the Doctor looks down at the Commander and says, "How rude Commander" and the Commander growls "Look, we need to get her on a bio bed, I can't apologize for your hurt ego right now...." the Doctor asks "What happened to her? as he helps Marie get Kiara on to a bio bed. Marie responds "The hull buckled and snow got in...". "She'll be fine Commander, just wait over there" The Doctor says before doing his work to revive Kiara and get her body temperature back up.

Kiara awakens and looks at the both of them "Wha..happened?" and the Doctor replies "Commander Lawson here, just saved your life...as did I... how do you feel?"

Kiara responds, "A bit cold and sore.. I thought I was dead....I saw my entire life flash before my eyes..."

Marie: "Hush Lieutenant, you'll be fine... you need to rest now and thats an order... Yeah I know you could say the same to me but I'll be fine... trust me *takes Kiara's hand in hers and squeezes it* Rest up and I'll come by to check on you later.

Kiara: Thank you Commander for saving my life....

Marie: You're welcome, and don't worry you don't owe me anything... I'll be back later, I myself have to sleep now.... See you later.

Kiara: Yes, you go rest... See you later Ma'am.

I accidentally misplaced my logs and the computer is unable to retrieve them so I am creating a new file.

umm lets see, I have been having difficulties sleeping again and last night ugh... *takes a deep breath* Last night was the most upset I have been at someone in so long... I cannot take it anymore. I do not need this stress in my life, not at this time of the month. If it continues I will have to consider my options on how to deal with the stress once and for all.

Anyways, I really need to talk to my staff about having a possible rotation so we can have a presence during all time zones. Seems the only one not covered is ALPHA and thats when we get a peak of visitors... Hopefully we can correct it soon so we can maximize recruiting.

I am deeply saddened by this because she and I were friends, I even took her shopping once... *sighs* She was too young to die... This has been a terrible day and I am crying... Well it seems I'm getting better at this whole sleeping thing... I've been going to bed after 0700 daily since last year and I guess its finally correcting its self...

I did manage to sleep from 2315-0500 but sadly it just isn't enough!!!

I'm getting there..slowly but I'm getting there...

Today is the Funeral of Lt. (J.G.) Melissa Ordram who was taken from us way too soon... I shall be able to attend via. Holographic Transmission... I'm using the communication bouys we deployed on the way here to Excalibur... I'm hoping we'll convince Engineering to create a communications network similar to that of the Hirogin so we can communicate better between colonies.

Sector Commanders Log January 3rd 2385 0130hrs

The start of this brand new year is going to be difficult for us, however after reading reports from the JGCRC I must say I am impressed that they're close to being fully staffed.

Sadly on my end, there is no one interested in any of the remaining senior staff positions or even any of the Academy positions that we desperately need to fill ASAP...

That and no clue if we will have the USS Silverwolf started any time soon...And of course we havent even had any interest in the ship's positions either.

This year should prove to be an interesting one, we are still months away from being able to fully open, however if we can manage to get a working Academy Prompter and some key staff positions filled at the Academy we can Open and resume construction operations on the remaning parts of the Colony.

I do have a vision for this year, if we're able to I'd like us to have a fully operational camp for the Marine Corps, that is if we can get enough support and interest in the Marine Corps. Also I'd like to have a fully operational hangar and deck for the Starfighter Corps installed on the Excalibur Station..

We have a long road ahead and I'm confident that we will succeed. I have the upmost trust and confidence in my entire staff that we'll be able to open within the next 3 months.

Sector Commander's log January 10th, 2385 2200hrs

*coughs* I've been batteling the flu for the past several days and its getting worse... I couldn't even get out of bed today until after 1600hrs.. I actually had to force myself out of bed regardless how weak and sick I may be.

Yesterday I had my first meeting with my staff of the year to find out where we are and where we plan to go from here.

Engineering reported that the Colony is 85% complete and we should be able to fully open soon. However due to errors in the Academy mainframe the code we are using is still cauing us errors and is unable to function. We are at this time still unable to teach classes with the assistance of computer operations, we will have to result in the old 21st century way of actually using paper and pens with handouts *chuckles* Still, we are able to teach in some capacity.

The supply area in the JGCRC needs to be completed so we are able to hand out uniforms and equipment to our members...Also the Security area in both the JGCRC and the Academy needs to be overhauled due to some structual issues that have occured after the storms we have been facing.

*coughs some more* Ugh..

SS Excalibur... What is with Engineers and changing things? Lt. Oldrich wants to do a third complete refit and redesign of our existing station.. I have yet to see the new design, but Lt Oldrich assures me that this will be a quick transitionary process... Aparently, despite my orders of not building a 2nd station, Engineering went ahead and built an entirely new station on the other side of the planet...I'm not too happy that they did this behind my back but it will be used to replace the current station since it was a rushed design after the disaster a few months back. So.. All we need to do is hit the self destruct and move the new station into SS Excaliburs old orbit and we'll have a brand spanking new and possibly better station.

*sips her gingerale*

The Engineer that was assigned to the Silverwolf project last year is ready to resume his duties and I am told he is enroute to excalibur and should arrive by months end. We're excited that the ASDB is ready to build our first starship assigned to our system. I'm hoping to be the one in the captains chair when we take her out on her first shakedown cruise.. I'm very excited because I have always dreamt of commanding an Intrepid class starship after watching the archives of Voyager's Missions.

I'd also like to welcome Ensign Fred McCellan to the colony. Ensign McCellan will be assuming the role as Acting Chief of Operations for the Janeway Galactic Command and Research Center I wish him luck in his new post.

After a breif meeting with Commodore Reiner and Lt. (J.G.) Messitropa... all I can say is that Change is coming to Excalibur...possibly...

The plans we have are much needed for the sucess of this colony...

Sector Commander's Log January 13th, 2385 0400hrs

I have spent the last 15 hours in the Tactical Training Simulator and boy am I exhausted. In the simulator I'm the Captain of a Light Cruiser named the U.S.S. Excalibur and sadly even with Mark 2 weapons.. those klingons and orions sure pack a punch. I've lost my vessel about 37 times or more despite howmany ships I blew up.

The engineers who developed this were bloody geniuses, despite major issues here and there with the program but never the less.. its absolutely brilliant!

I can't wait until Tomorrow!

Sector Commanders log January 16th, 2385 2030hrs

Back in April of 2384, I came to the Excalibur colony while I was contemplating my future with UFS.... I was amazed with what I saw and the potential the Colony had to become something truly amazing....

I Transferred over as the Sector Chief of Security and my parents couldn't have packed my bags any quicker... *laughs* Even as Sector Chief of Security there wasn't much to do at the colony since it was under heavy construction... We've had sand storms, ion storms, sand worm attacks.. even a freak snow storm...Drunk cadets disabling a forcefield containing wurmy.. ugh.. Those were the days of excitement around here...

Now its 2385 and I am the Sector Commander, sadly... that might not last much longer. Over the past 2 months we've had more problems than we've had when we first started out, my staff wants to jump ship and go back to Pinastri and I'm beside myself not knowing what to do.

We've decided to temporarily relocate to the Command Outpost and perform operations there until we can get the staff to function fully enough so we can recolonize the Colony.

I have tried to remain optimistic, but with morale being at a record low, I am uncertain about our future. I will continue to try to be there for my staff and talk with Commodore Reiner so we can figure out how to tackle the growing concerns. I have never been fired from a position in my career and I'm not about to let that happen. This project will NOT fail, I will not allow it.....in the case that it does... I go down with the ship so to speak and my career will be over.

I have been assigned to the Delta Quadrant since August of 2381 and I would hate to let this be my downfall... I have worked hard to get where I am and this cannot be allowed to happen... I will do my best to make sure this doesn't fail.

Sector Commander's Log Jan 19th 2385,

Due to several individuals throwing a wrench in the gears so to speak... I have had to take executive action against them and ship them back to 001. This was not an easy thing to do but it had to be done.

Now I can focus my energy on working with Engineering and Operations to get us back to full efficiency and more active in recruiting efforts.

It is with great hope that this colony suceeds without these individuals who want us to fail.

I feel like I've been trapped in an interrogation room for the past 5 days... Just with all the crap and drama that started on Saturday that led up to the discharges of three members and two of them are now returning after a breif meeting with Commodore Reiner to resolve the escalating situation once and for all.....

Lt. (J.G.) Shawn Messioptra will be the Chief of Operations , Ensign Fred McCellan will be an Operations Officer and Lt. (J.G.) Kiara1 Noel will be the Chief Medical Officer aboard the U.S.S. Silverwolf.

I have sent a shuttle to retrieve them from the Transport that is enroute to Pinastri.

*sighs* AT least this ends one hell of a week....

On a lighter note, Engineering will be using my model for the new JGCRC design, I'm happy that they are considering it. Makes me proud to see my ideas being used...

I think I can now sleep after being awake since yesterday...

I spent all night since 0200hrs ((EST)) working on a Model proposal for Engineering... it was close to a full scale model so Engineering could have a feel for what I was proposing....

As soon as I linked it all together....the computer system gave me a critical error causing the project to be unrecoverable... (It just won't re rez waaaah!!!)

Oh well, Guess I have to start from scratch....again....On a lighter note I may have two possibly three people interested in Excalibur... We'll see how things go over the next few weeks....

Yesterday... Commodore Reiner was approached by a Mr. Krahazik Dragon who wishes to negotiate a trade agreement and possibly a treaty with us, he is willing to allow us to use his Station for whatever we may require.. Wow, our first Dipolmatic mission...this should be awesome. Aparently his station is in a nearby system, unfortunately the Silverwolf is not spaceworthy as of yet but we do have a few shuttles at our disposal. I hope he contacts us again to set up an official meeting, I'd like to see how this turns out... The last time I had to be diplomatic, I was kidnapped and had to keep Ashlynn from killing our captures and making things worse...

((The RP Details havent been hammered down, I'm still trying to figure out where his Station is in relation to our System..must find out...))

As for Colony updates... I'm staying out of Engineerings way, no longer offering my opinions and suggestions with the fear of getting my head bitten off again...

We're still pretty much still in the transition phase from ground to station operations...hopefully we can get it sorted out soon.

I've been here 10 months and we are no where close to opening when I transffered here back in May... Since my arrival many people have come and gone and we currently stand at a staff of only a mere 6 including myself...

* Marie takes another drag from her ciggarette, blowing smoke into the air

I've tried to stay optimistic, but its not easy. When I accepted this position I never realized how difficult this was going to be, sure it was easy as pie when I was the Acting Sector Commander, but the miniute I was Official, everything changed.

I feel drained and frustrated, unsure of what to do..I..

I just hope that the ASDB is able to construct the silverwolf sometime soon... maybe we can peak more interest once we have a ship since all of the Important HQ positions are too hard to fill. Maybe it would be best if we were all stationed on the ship... and havea deck for classrooms, kind of like the Enterprise... when it was a galaxy class.. I think they had classrooms on board... maybe that would work for us?

I dont know... I just hope that this project can continue and we can get more people interested in serving with us here at the colony...

A quick medical note.... my memory retention as of late has been terrible.. I think I'm having serious neurological problems, also my speech is slightly impared... when I speak... I can't even carry on a conversation without stopping mid sentance to think...

Oh well, I will keep carrying on my job regardless of the obsticals we face and hope we can overcome them.

Sector Commander's log February 20th, 2385 1432hrs

just a brief log before the meeting this afternoon, things are looking up for us at the colony, we may have lost a total of 3 officers from the colony roster http://ufstarfleet.org/e107_plugins/smf/smf.php?topic=12189.0

but we have gained a Cadet who will be graduating to Ensign on Tuesday into Engineering *chuckles* an Acting Chief Medical Officer aboard the station, a Civilian and finally a Cadet who wishes to join the Marines.

So that brings our OFFICIAL officer count to 7, Cadet count to 2 and Civilian count to 2, which means we have a total of 11 stationed here at the Colony.. not bad for a bit of a slow start, but we're slowly getting established.

I can't wait to get this colony fully operational so we can get things really moving!

*tosses the pack of smokes and bottle of whiskey in the trash*

Things are looking up for us and I'm glad I stuck around.

Today marks another significant change here at Excalibur, one that saddens me but hopefully it will work out for the best.

* Marie Lawson shields her eyes as she gets knocked off her feet as the Academy building, outpost, JGCRC and the Events Hall all blow up and thinks to herself "I think I used too much C4.....oh wait....those were C4 charges on Quantum Torpedoes...oops..."

*dusts herself off and gets up to the panel* With the destruction of a number of buildings, we can focus on one area of the colony and not spread ourselves thin... Today is considered another new start for us and I hope this time we will succeed.

After blowing up various buildings, I forgot to mention that Commodore Reiner informed me of the impending changes here at Excalibur...

The Academy Building will be moved to the primary Colony Site where the Events hall used to be and the JGCRC will be decommissioned.

Well so that leaves the Station and the U.S.S. Silverwolf to be staffed and hopefully we can get staff for both.... I'm no longer concerned with the Senior Staff positions as I have lost any and all hope in getting those filled. We need junior officers to start so we know what needs to be structured and how.
